Divorce – Family Law

The decision to end a marriage is never an easy step and at Cleary & Co. Solicitors, we understand that getting a Divorce is a stressful time for all involved. At every step of the way, Sinead Cleary – Solicitor and the team are here to help our clients’ make the process as simple as possible.

In our view, in all but exceptional circumstances, recourse to the Courts is not the appropriate venue to resolve the consequences of marital breakdown. In fact, many other options are available than going to court which prove effective.

We will discuss with you what these options are and advise, also, on  any Divorce petition and keep you informed of time scales involved so that you know what to expect and when.

When it comes to property and financial matters we can help to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We have experience in dealing with relationship break-down and where the assets are often significant and may include business and pension interests.

Divorce often involves decisions about children and we can help to negotiate arrangements to meet the needs of the children and allow parents time to adjust. We understand that a divorce is both an end and a beginning and both Sinead and the team will work hard to guide you through the process of divorce and see you safely out the other side.

Cleary & Co. Solicitors, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, have years of experience dealing with sensitive and personal issues associated with marital difficulties and the breakdown of relationships.
