On the 3rd of April 2024, Immigration Service Delivery announced that employees who are on a Stamp 1 and 1H permission can be apply for Stamp 4 after 21 months has passed from the start of the employment.
This is only for a:
- Critical skills employment permit holder
- Hosting agreement as a researcher
- Multi site general employment permit as non consultant hospital doctor
A time period of 57 months occurs for General Employment Permit holders.
The time period is now assessed from the date of the start of the employment.
The date is not assessed from the date of stamp 1 permission. This helps persons avoid registration delays.
