Employment Permit Notice – Stamp 4 Support Letters

It was announced on the 30^th of November 2023 that immigration service delivery will no longer take applications for Stamp 4 support letters.

The impact of this affects holders of a Critical Skills Employment Permit, NCHD Multi-site General Employment Permit Holders seeking to transfer to a Stamp 4 permission and Researchers on a Hosting Agreement.

Stamp 4 Permission

Immigration service delivery, Registration Office need the following evidence with respect to an application to register Stamp 4 permission, namely :

• Biometric page copy of current passport
• IRP card copy
• Copies of the relevant Employment Permit(s)
• Recent payslip copy
• Current letter from the employer confirming job title, work location, dates of employment
• Copies of the relevant Employment Details Summaries

Applicants must have attained at least 21 months on a Stamp 1 regarding a Critical Skills Employment Permit / Hosting agreement.

Applicants must have attained under a Stamp 1H 21 months for a non-consultant Hospital Doctor with respect to a multi-site General Employment Permit.

Applicants should seek renewal permission in good time before the expiry date.
