New Irish Residence Card
If you have been granted immigration permission to stay in Ireland, it is necessary to apply for your Residence Card with the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service.
It will specify the type of immigration permission you have and establishes you have registered with the Immigration Services.
The Irish Residence Card administration cost is 300E.

Now a new version of the Irish Residence Permit card has been introduced, since the 1st of March 2022.
This is for a non-EEA national registered to work, study, live in Ireland.
Additional security features have now been added, such as the cardholder’s signature.
The expiry date for a current ie old card you may have is the expiry date printed on the card or the 31st of May 2022, whichever date is later.
