Stamp 4 for Doctors Work Permits Ireland

A new and welcome development was recently announced by the government which concerns non-EEA doctors.

This is a favourable immigration rule change for non-EEA doctors who have been working in Ireland for some time.

Now such doctors from non-EEA countries working in the state between 2 – 5 years can apply for permission to work in Ireland without the need of a work permit.

Spouses of the doctors can also obtain immigration permission to work in Ireland.

Stamp 4 benefits the doctors by affording them the ability and right to work in Ireland in the absence of preconditions.

Stamp 4 Support Letter
