Undocumented Migrants Scheme Ireland
Long-term undocumented migrants now have a scheme available to them to formalise their position in Ireland in terms of their immigration status.

Applicants who do not have immigration status can apply for legal residence since 31st the of January 2022.
Applications can be submitted until the 31st of July 2022.
Persons living in Ireland undocumented for 4 years can apply for the scheme.
This is 3 years for children under 18 and for families.
The immigration permission, if granted, permits access to the labour market.
You will need identification, have not been convicted of serious criminal offences, are not a threat to national security, must pay the application fee, be undocumented in Ireland, meet the residence rules etc.

Applications
Applications are submitted online here.
An individual application can be made or a family application.
Dependant children under 18, a spouse, dependant partner who has lived with you for 2 years can be included in your application.
There must be proof the family members were undocumented for the previous 2 years.
If a child of an application is over age 24, it is necessary they make their own application generally.

Documents
You will need to have documents as to your identify.
This could be Passport, Drivers Licence, Birth Certificate, National Identify Card, any Temporary Residence Card, any Irish Residence Card etc
You must have evidence of your undocumented residency ie its necessary to prove residency here for the 4 years for the principle applicant.
Residence evidence could utility bills, gas, electricity, broadband etc.
If the application is to include family members, such as, a spouse or child, evidence of the familial relationship is necessary ie birth certificate, marriage certificate.
